Ali is a Registered Planner + EIA and highly experienced with 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Ali is currently the Managing Director and Principal Planner at PLANZONE skilled in Land Use Planning, Property Development, Strategic Planning and Feasibility Studies. He is a strong business professional with a Property Development and Urban Planning focus contributing to the ever changing landscape of Sydney.
Ali has extensive experience in representing clients as an expert Town Planner in the Land and Environment Court of NSW for Class 1 and Class 4 appeals.
Ali also provides Town Planning and Development Assessment/Certification Lecturing at Western Sydney University and the University of Technology Sydney.

Since that time, Ali has gained exposure to the ins and outs of development, and built strong relationships with clients through project management, consultant liaison and face to face site visits and meetings with clients, Council’s and other consultants.
Ali is currently a Town Planner at PLANZONE with a passion to succeed and excel in his career.
